Comfy bed, new-fashioned room, everything was great. The hotel was set in a very central area adjacent to Zafer mall and Koza Han, the train station, and nearby attractions. It also was in the city center.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been better as it was surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops, including a large modern mall right across the street. It was extremely convenient, especially when we had just arrived and needed to grab some essentials. Additionally, this hotel was situated in an excellent area, close to almost all the tourist attractions. We were able to explore the city easily without having to travel far. The service at this venue was outstanding, with room service, car hire, and laundry services available. The staff were always willing to assist with any request and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

We were so impressed by the staff reception and help, according to turkey hotel standard this hotel is a high standard one near to the ski area and has got malls arround, add to that two of my favorite receptionist( behzat & onur) they were soooo helpfull. Anyhow the overall experience was great.

This ideal hotel was run by the nice and extremely great stuff. Truly enjoyed our rooms with extra bed. We were in a great location near the centre and travelling mall, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and a lot of other facilities and the shopping center.

the location was fantastic. It was right in the heart of the town centre, surrounded by many restaurants and just opposite a large modern mall. This was really convenient, especially when I arrived and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat.
All was absolutely fine during my stay.
